- 4-5-month assignment to start with potential for extension or conversion.
- SAP or HighRadius experience a plus.
- Collections experience in a B2B.
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency.
- Deliver credit & collections management services.
- Credit control activities: Check credit availability, manage blocked sales, document the case.
- Collection Management services.
- Review AR ageing reports.
- Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process.
